Did you know that there was a study done and if water is visible for just 20 minutes, your mood will improve greatly?! You're in luck!!! Walk into this charming 2 bedroom condo and immediately understand why the name of it is "BAY VIEW by the Sea."  With gorgeous views of the Bay through the wall to wall glass doors, as soon as you walk into the condo, you will fall in love with being on Anna Maria Island right away. One of the best parts of this condo is the breathtaking views that you will see from just about everywhere in the condo! As you explore your condo you will notice a fully equipped kitchen to your left to make all of your favorite meals. You could also use the private grill in the front of the condo, inside the front gate.  If you forgot any ingredients, don't worry because there is a grocery store right across the road, making it a very convenient location on the island! The kitchen has a breakfast bar for additional seating or you can have your meals at the dinner table with seating for 4! Connected to the kitchen and dining area is the living room, so you don't have to go far after that meal to relax and take in a game or the evening news. Don't feel like watching TV? How about going into the sunroom and sitting with a glass of wine to take in the gorgeous blues, pinks and oranges of the sky as the sun is setting? If you wanted to take in the beautiful weather one more time for the day, go through the sliding glass doors to the concrete patio and sit outside by the water during that sunset. At the end of the day you'll enjoy the King bed in the master suite, or the queen bed in the guest room which also has an attached bathroom! Whether you prefer sitting in bed with a book or watching TV before bed, you have the option in both rooms as they both have TV's.

Beautiful view, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms need updating but are clean and functional. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessities. Pools were a short walk as was a beautiful beach a few blocks away. Grocery store a very short walk. We really enjoyed our stay.

The views of the bay from the living space in this condo were spectacular. The condo is a short walk to the beach and to the free trolley that will take you north to the tip of Anna Maria Island or south to other beaches and restaurants. The condo is also very close to a grocery which is handy. The kitchen in condo is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, etc you would ever need for cooking. The living space is very comfortable which was important to us as we stayed for an entire month. Wi-Fi is excellent. Overall, we dont have any complaints. Nice place to stay!

Lovely Home! Amazing Location

This home really has it all! Such a perfect location. We enjoyed sunrise coffee on the back patio, overlooking the bay. Only a few blocks to the beach where we took almost daily walks. It's right across the street from cute breakfast cafes, casual restaurants, and a Publix grocery store - making it easy for home cooked meals. We didn't have to drive much at all, which is great because traffic on the island can be difficult at times. We opted to take the free island trolly up to the piers and to our favorite restaurants. The home itself has some very nice updates. The rooms are very spacious and the King bed in the primary bedroom is SO comfortable. There was an amazing breeze coming through the home when the patio doors were open. High speed internet worked like a charm and the cable/streaming services allowed us to watch our favorite shows. The heated pool in the community and the pickleball courts were another highlight for us! Highly recommend this home. We will be back!
