PARKING INFORMATION:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Great stay at Moose Hill! This place worked well for our group of 12. Lots of places to hang out and the game room was fun. The surrounding is beautiful with awesome views from just about every room. I highly recommend a stay here. Super convenient-to-town location, but you still have tons of privacy. We had excellent communication from management.

Beautiful spot, picture perfect to watch snow falling through the massive picture windows. Accommodations large enough for our group and then some! Sink was missing from bathroom off living room, but this was shared with us in advance and no big deal with many other bathrooms/sinks throughout the home. Hot tub was relaxing after spending all day on the slopes. Comfy beds and nice family gathering spaces throughout! Would love to visit again in the future.

I would absolutely stay here again! The space was beautiful and peaceful. So much space for relaxing both inside and out! The trail that leads to town was incredible and enjoyed being able to explore. Our host was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had. The house was well equipped from kitchen cookware to linens for the hot tub. Look no further for the perfect weekend getaway

This property is great for a group. We filled the bedrooms and still felt there was plenty of space for the group in the kitchen/living/play spaces. Ample parking with private driveway and access to 3 car garage. All amenities worked great (full propane for outdoor heaters and grill, clean working hot tub, nice pool table with decent cues). We stayed in fall so price was a little lower than peak season. Nice walk to town through neighborhood, about 1 mile and very manageable for us. House was free of clutter, which was appreciated with our toddler around. All and all, we enjoyed our stay.

This was a perfect getaway for our family vacation ! We would love to visit again. The only complaint, if you can call it that, is that there was a lack of basic cooking supplies not a lot of spices or cooking oil, also minimal to no large serving dishes and the outdoor grill was a bit dirty. Other than these things it was wonderful !

Amazing home with plenty of space for our family of 11! Awesome amenities to keep all our group happy! I would recommend this home! We even saw a Moose with a baby right down from the house along with a few deer! The sound of the river rushing was so peaceful as well!

This is an amazing vacation home for the whole family! Perfectly located, being just a couple of minutes from main st, the house is close enough to town to never miss any of the action but far enough to feel isolated and relaxed on your own. What else needs to be said- this place is absolutely top notch! Had a great group of friends who all had plenty of space for activities and sleeping! Game room was a blast with pool and darts. Killer sound system throughout the house, excellent hot tub (and large), and a place that overall felt like home from the moment we checked in. Super close to downtown Breck, but very isolated and quiet feel tucked away in the woods. 10/10 would recommend time and time again.

Nice large and wonderful place for our large family. The game room was fun for our family to enjoy. The two king beds and two queen beds were more than adequate for each couple. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for dinner and drinks. We were 4 minutes to Main Street, so it was very convenient. Thank you for the great experience.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. The game room was great for the kids and we spent most nights after returning from activities playing games or doing puzzles at the large kitchen table. It rained most evenings, so we didnt get to enjoy the outdoor spaces as much as wed like, but so many great gathering areas and beautiful views in all directions. We would love to stay here again!

The location of this house was perfect for town. We could get there in less than a couple of minutes with plenty of availability for parking. The temperature of the house was all over the place, it would be hot at night and during the day, but cold when the sun wasnt out. Overall, the location was great.

Do yourself a favor and book this property! It is so spacious and has so much living space in addition to the bedrooms. Perfect for our extended family as we got together for a family wedding. It is a short drive to downtown and the slopes. Every room has a beautiful view. And the property management was very available and communicative - even called to let us know we could check in early. Great experience.

The house was amazing. It was just far enough outside of town to offer total privacy but still close enough to offer easy access. The house was massive and offered plenty of space for our large group. The game room was clutch for killing time when not at the mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a long days of skiing. We would highly recommend this house. Bonus: we saw a moose in the morning on our last day!
