PARKING INFORMATION:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Great place for our small group of three families to stay. Plenty of activities for multi generational groups, loved the easy and free transport options, especially loved our location.

Beautiful condo and incredible location. Only weird part is that you have to go to the rental office to get your keys which is at a secondary location. Not horrible but takes extra time. Make sure to follow the email instructions carefully.

Great spot right on the slopes. Easy and convenient for a great ski trip. Nice pool and hot tub for the kids- a little disappointing that the outdoor hot tub and sauna were not working. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was clean and nicely furnished. The only knock would be there was only 1 parking space for a 3 bedroom condo, so that was tricky.

We had a fabulous vacation in Breckenridge. There were a couple delays getting into our unit , but the Sky Run team was responsive. We were disappointed that the outside hot tub is out of order. Overall, beautiful place.

This is the perfect place if you have family or kids and need to be near them while on the slopes. Extremely well prepared home with enough space and activities already stocked. Every room had a humidifier, tons of games, tvs in every room. Parking in the garage is so convenient. If you are looking for more than just a place to crash while skiing/snowboarding, book here.

We had a wonderful stay. Very nice condo - very clean, beautiful view from balcony. Beds/sheets were very comfortable. Everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again.
