PARKING INFORMATION:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. There were a couple of minor things, surround sound didn't quite work in the theater room.. but overall was an incredible place to stay! Beautiful views, comfortable beds, easy drive into town.. Loved it!

We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay. The house is amazing and offers something for everyone. The beds were all super comfortable and everything was spotless and clean upon our arrival. We checked in right on time and from the moment of walking in and throughout our stay the house did not disappoint. Beautiful interior, exquisite views and wild life was literally in our back yard. Its perfectly located to access Breckenridge quickly, but far enough out that you feel like you are camping in the wild, but have this beautiful house to keep you safe. The hot tub was clean and worked as expected. Great to relax in after a tough hike up Spruce Creek to the waterfall and lakes. I will be booking this place again 100%. The staff was respectful and reactive to any questions we had and made our stay here perfect.

Our family of 6 adults and 4 young children stayed for 5 nights. It was perfect amount of space. No one felt crowded. The kids loved the movie room. They also saw a fox and deer that came all the way up to the house. Very clean and has everything you need for a fun family vacation! Loved it!

Location convenient to Breckenridge. The house is beautiful & spacious. Really appreciated each bedroom having it's own bathroom. We especially enjoyed the game room. The beautiful surroundings were amazing & we were lucky enough to see some foxes & a moose in the yard!!We would've rated a 5 but there were issues with several things too, such as problems with the backdoor lock, the home theater instructions were incorrect & the theater didn't work properly. We had to use our own tech equip to get it to sort of work & a technician had to come out a day or two later & could only get it partially working so that was hugely disappointing. The hot tub lid was broken & very heavy to lift off & on. Luckily we had some big guys who could manage it. There were cigarette butts & empty beer cans out by the hot tub when we arrived. Upper deck had a broken table when we arrived & the mess of it that we had to clean up as wasn't safe. Otherwise we really enjoyed our time & w/ def rent it again.

Beautiful home

We had a great time staying at this place. The location is perfect and the home is beautiful. It was big enough to accommodate 3 families with children. The movie theater and the game room was a game changer for my son and his friends. They pretty much lived in there the whole time we were there. (Bring your own video games). The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms stocked well, beautiful views from every room. There were few things that needed attention but it was easy to over look. We will definitely go back again.

Really nice house and worked well for two families with multiple children. Had a lot of snow while staying there and the plow service came multiple times. Overall a great place to stay and ski at Breckenridge!!

We had the best time staying at this home during our long weekend in CO. The house was nice and it was in a great location, not too far from downtown Breckenridge. There were a few minor things that needed fixing but it did not interfere with our stay and the host was responsive and helpful! The snow made it difficult to enjoy outside the premises but it didnt stop us from getting in the hot tub. The fireplaces in the bathrooms and heated floors were a plus! def recommend this home!

Staying here was more than wonderful! The house is perfect for a group. Filled with things for the kids to do. The only negative thing Id have to say would be there where some moments I needed a response from the host and they would either not respond or take a day to respond. Other than that. The house was warm and cozy. Loved our stay here!

This home is immaculate and exudes luxury in a mountain. My family enjoyed the property thoroughly without any complaints. The location, the home, jacuzzi, natural wildlife, comfort of the beds, cleanliness, neighborhood, everything was amazing! This home is a 10/10 and the staff! We had troubles figuring out how to use the theatre and they had someone come over and show us and set it up within the hour! The jacuzzi maintenance wasted no time being prompt to clean it after our stay while checking out which was beyond impressive as weve rented many other homes and the jacuzzis dont even work. The home was extremely easy to get too, close to the ski resort and the town with delicious restaurants. My kids loved the game room and the space they had to play outside and inside with all of the gaming options. The gym was a plus as we workout back at home so it kept us active. Even the toiletries top tier. I highly recommend this home and we will ABSOLUTELY be returning!
