Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. Clean and spacious, we loved our stay! Pleasant surprise: hot tub worked well despite outside temps in the teens (which isnt always the case at rentals). Stream running through the property, which can be heard from the deck, is a nice bonus. We did not consider town to be a walkable distance, but this may be a matter of perspective of course.

Absolutely stunning property. Everything was perfect, we could not have hoped for better. Great size for a larger group and they have everything youll possibly need for a multiple night stay. The townhouse is in a beautiful setting, the furniture is very comfortable, the interior decorating is tastefully done. The kitchen is stocked with many items needed for basic cooking. The outdoor spaces were really fun, plenty of seating for all! One thing of note is that the parking really fits only three vehicles if one of the vehicles is a truck and that the Blue River behind the house is not available for fishing due to Colorado fishing laws which the gentleman at the house near the bridge is happy to point out!

This was an absolutely perfect home. The location is perfect, with the shuttle to the slopes or 4 minute drive! The home is beyond what is pictured. Cooking with Wolf appliances, the bedrooms haf individual heating/cooling zones, the floors were heated, (the garage was heated) the incredible (Website hidden by Airbnb) felt like we were staying at a magazine ready 5 star Chalet in the Alps. We will definitely be back!

Its conveniently located near Main Street, but still private and surrounded by beautiful trees and a stream in the back. It was super clean and had everything we needed. We had an amazing stay. We vacation in Breck regularly and this is our new favorite home! Kitchen has everything you need to cook in. Wonderful shared spaces including an amazing living room with giant windows, an upper level deck with a heat lamp and plenty of hangout furniture, and lower level game room and outdoor hot tub. Every bedroom and bathroom was well designed and decorated. More than enough room for our family of four - could have had another family join us with space to spare. Lovely creek running just outside the back door. Will stay again!!

Great mountain getaway

Great home for a large group. With 10-11 people (with some couples), we had plenty of space for all of us! Loved the hot tub and there was definitely enough space for 4 cars. The interior was comfy and very clean! Had a great time!

Beautiful house nestled in a small subdivision off of CO9. Really easy to get to and from the bus stop. We used the Brown South to get to and from Peak 9, not more than a 5 to 10 minute ride. If you feel so inclined to walk, it only takes about 15 minutes to get into the heart of downtown.

We created some great new family memories over Christmas break. Nice design with good spaces, plenty of beds and well equipped. The cabin is close to freeway, store, Just a short drive to downtown and the ski resort. Great views, rear patio, fireplace. Great family cabin! We would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving in Breckenridge

This beautiful home was exactly as described. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to celebrate an amazing Thanksgiving with a beautiful dinner. The beds were very comfortable. It was wonderful listening to the river while enjoying the large hot tub. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

Stunning property - upscale amenities - simple, classic and impeccable decorating

I rented this property for a 40th surprise birthday party for my wife. We had family and friends traveling great distances to join in on the surprise. This property impressed everyone and I continue to hear about how great the place was. With 4 bedrooms and 3 en suite bathrooms, this couldn't have been better. Every couple had their own room and bathroom, great for privacy. The 4th bedroom has a full bathroom immediately outside the bedroom door. The layout of the property is ideal - an entire floor separates the master suite from the lower lever bedrooms - and there is a 1/2 bath on the main (entertaining) level. The property is constructed very well using quality materials and finishes - you can tell by the airspace, everything is sound tight and clean. There are multiple thermostats and the temp control through each floor was on point. The property backs up the the Blue River and this provides a natural ambiance when outside. The hot tub is tucked nicely underneath the deck and overlooks the trees and the river. The neighborhood is quiet and the street is a dead end, while also being walking distance from the South end of Main St. Check-in was simple and very well communicated. All in all, I couldn't have chosen a better place for our Breckenridge experience.

Breck

I really enjoyed staying here we did run into some issues but we had a fast response to get issues resolved the river is so peaceful and I enjoyed every minute of it. It was such a beautiful neighborhood and that house was pretty clean when arrived again any issues we had were resolved for anyone who like to cook and use seasoned while there up there like my self make sure you bring extra seasoning they just have the basics. Its also a very short walk to town so its perfect in location as well!

Truly magical home along the Blue River. We spotted moose, hummingbirds, squirrels and fishermen. All wonderful. The house is clean and well-equipped. The main floor conversation area (living room) was a big plus, as was the dining room table for after dinner games. We will rent here again.

Great stay in relaxing area

River's Edge Retreat is a beautiful home my family continues to come back to. Great location...close to town but far enough out that it is quiet. One of the best parts of this home is cooking on the Wolf appliances, they are fantastic! Only a few things I would change... 1) little bit deeper of a cleaning (our socks got dirty from walking on the main level), 2) some dishes were broken/cracked and needed replaced and 3) the towels are so cheap I should consider bringing my own next time. However, overall this is a great place to stay and we will return. SkyRun is also very attentive and quick to respond to any concerns. Would absolutely recommend booking a vacation with SkyRun.

Great Family Trip

Awesome stay with babbling river

A very peaceful deck for sitting and listening to the water while reading, talking with friends, or grilling out for dinner. This condo is extremely close to town yet felt very private. Exceptional River Retreat

Wonderful accommodation for our family (5 adults and 2 kids). The location next to the blue river was amazing. Great deck and hot tub. Very quiet location for peace and relaxation. Short walk to town or free bus ride at top of street. Would highly recommend. Bring games for kiddos as none provided.

Perfect Place to Enjoy Brec

This was the perfect place and location for our family vacation. 7 adults and two teenagers. Short walk to shuttle or an easy walk to town. The kitchen was very well stocked and the appliances amazing. We cooked all meals at the condo and went out to dinner once. The view from the upstairs deck or downstairs patio was spectacular. The grill was clean and was large enough to cook for 9 people at one time. The hot tub was a hit after a long hike or bike ride. FYI- we found an easy hike close by. It is called the Southside trail just walk to hw9 and straight across the street 50 ft it?s a great introductory hike to get acclimated. It circles around by the skating rink. There is a huge troll that someone built a great place for family picture. We love Brec and River Run, we will be back.

Lovely, luxurious space for large groups

Our extended family vacation in Breck was perfect, and this amazing space was exactly what we needed! It's really close to town, making the drive to the slopes easy and manageable even in snowy weather, but nestled in the woods giving us the seclusion and calm winter wonderland feel we were looking for. The furnishings were luxurious and comfortable, the kitchen was great and there's a good combo of common vs. private space. Loved loved loved this home away from home!

Outstanding!!

Our stay was fantastic. We have used many properties over the years and this was the best we have experienced. The property itself was gorgeous and lived up to all of our expectations. Every detail was taken care of and even when we did need very minor supplies, I emailed and within an hour they arrived at the front door. Management was excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

House is beautiful with lots of trees in the backyard. The kitchen was modern, the living room was big with Netflix provided. WiFi worked perfectly. Its so close to downtown breckenridge. They have some free activities which was awesome but we didnt use them. No construction is going on anymore as listed in a previous review.
