GETTING AROUND:
This home is located 10 minutes from Main Street Breckenridge accessible via car or free town bus. The Gold Point shuttle stop is a 5-10 minute walk and is located close to the corner of N. Fuller Placer and Baldy Road. There is also pay parking at the ice rink lot on the corner of Boreas Pass Road and Main Street. The free shuttle can take you from there to the Peak 9 base or Beaver Run.

PARKING INFORMATION:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. The house was beautiful and well worth the price. The view was unbelievable and the hot tub was fantastic. The location was great. Close enough to town to access the mountain easily, but far enough away to enjoy the solitude and have some privacy. We are planning to come back and bring the kids and some friends. We really enjoyed the home and cannot wait to go back.
