Its a quiet retreat in a secluded area that is also very close to Breckenridge. We felt very comfortable and loved how the house was decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The fireplaces and hot tub were a plus! Host's response: That is great to hear you felt comfortable and love the decor of the home and the perks of having fireplaces and a hot tub. We cant't wait for you to return.SkyRun Breckenridge Bruno Stayed Jul, 2024 Review Great place place for a summer week in the mountains with kids. We loved using the hot tub and the sauna, and the view of Mt. Quandary from the balcony was lovely. The cabin is just a few minutes from Breckenridge, but also very close to several great trailheads. Lots to do and see nearby. Don't miss driving up the Boreal Pass Road near sunset ... the views are stunning. Host's response: Bruno, we are thrilled to hear you had such a great time and to hear all your positive feedback. We would love to host you again.SkyRun Breckenridge Patrick Stayed Jul, 2024 Review The Sneg Chalet was a perfect place for a getaway! We enjoyed all the provided amenities, especially the full kitchen, and we were impressed with the little details, like Q-tips in the bathroom! Getting in the driveway can be tricky depending on the weather Michelle Stayed Mar, 2024 Review We stayed here for a ski week for spring break and overall our stay was excellent and the house was as described. Everything was extremely clean and we were very comfortable. There was enough comfortable living room seating for everyone and the bedrooms were all comfortable as well. I look for very clean places to stay and this one did not disappoint. I will agree with other reviews that the driveway was a bit challenging. We did rent a vehicle with 4 wheel drive, however the tires were not what was needed for this driveway and at times presented difficulty getting up and down. With this said, I would not be deterred at staying here as the house is lovely and the scenery beautiful. It is just important to be prepared in advance that the location and driveway can present an adventure at times in the winter months. Host's response: Thank you Michelle, for your positive feedback of the home and location. Yes, this home definitely requires 4WD and snow tires, traveling anywhere in Breckenridge during winter months would require 4WD and snow tires for your safety. We would love to host you again when you return. SkyRun Breckenridge! Jack Stayed Feb, 2024 Review Absolutely gorgeous stay! The house was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The host was incredibly accommodating! The scenery is jaw dropping. Definitely recommend four wheel drive in the winter months. Overall, perfect stay; will be booking again in the near future! Host's response: We are thrilled to hear all your positive feedback Jack. SkyRun Breckenridge is happy to hear you want to book this home again in the future and we would love to host you again when you return!SkyRun Breckenridge! Travis Stayed Feb, 2024 Review Good Rental, a bit hard to get to in the snow if you don't have 4wd/snow tires, though we were able to get a 2wd rental up in snow. Previous tenants left trash outside the bin, which resulted in an animal getting into it, which reflects mostly on them. The interior aesthetics & privacy were great. Hot tub was clearly well cleaned which was nice. Host's response: Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that you found the interior aesthetics and privacy of our rental property to be great, and we're pleased that you enjoyed the well-cleaned hot tub.We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced in reaching the rental in snowy conditions. While we strive to make our property accessible to all guests, we understand that winter weather conditions can sometimes pose challenges, especially for vehicles without 4WD or snow tires. We appreciate your understanding regarding the trash left outside the bin by previous tenants. We do our best to maintain the cleanliness of the property, and we will address any issues with trash disposal to prevent similar incidents in the future.Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay in the future. If you have any further concerns or suggestions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.SkyRun Breckenridge Brian Stayed Dec, 2023 Review The 4 wheel drive vehicle is needed during winter time. Host's response: We appreciate your mention of the need for a 4-wheel-drive vehicle during winter. Ensuring the safety and convenience of our guests is a priority for us, and your input helps future visitors make informed decisions.Happy Holidays!SkyRun Breckenridge Maria Stayed Dec, 2023 Review Enjoyed how much this was a secluded stay, we could not say enough about the views! Pictures dont do it justice! Daniel Stayed Dec, 2023 Review This place was perfect! Beautiful, private location and lovely house. We really enjoyed the hot tub with a great view of the mountains. The location is stunning, the fireplace cozy, and amenities perfect. Highly recommend. Meagan Stayed Nov, 2023 Review The Sneg is charming and pretty nicely set up. We would absolutely come back here. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and most cookware needed, including a few extra staples. Thoughtful touches throughout and very homey. All in all, it's worth the cost to split between a few friends to stay a few days. We stayed for Thanksgiving and was great! The way the two floors are split are very nice for some quiet alone time for couples. The downstairs kitchenette is a nice touch. A few TL;DR constructive crit that could make the place better; Have a shovel for snow available to guests, and ice melt salt for the hot tub area. The upstairs bedroom didn't have blinds; just see through gossamer curtains so they didn't block out light.Coffee maker wasn't working quite right, had to keep pushing "brew". Lastly, the gas fireplace upstairs didn't seem to want to work and it was fairly cold upstairs in the living room, thermostat knob didn't seem to be aligned correctly and didn't work well. Kevin Stayed Mar, 2023 Review Nice place. Comfortable. We had a lovely stay in Breck. Property manager was very responsive when we had a question. As another reviewer pointed out, the driveway is treacherous in winter even with 4-wheel drive. Host's response: We are so glad you enjoyed your stay here with SKYRUN! Paige Stayed Mar, 2023 Review TV was difficult to navigate. House says Breckenridge location, but it's a good 15 min. drive from the town... more Blue River area. Kitchen supplies were scarce but made due. House was clean and very nice! Host's response: Thank you Paige for comprehensive review! We were very happy to have hosted you here in Breckenridge at SKYRUN! Margaret Stayed Feb, 2023 Review Group of us stayed here for a ski weekend at Breck. Was the perfect distance driving to and from the mountains. Would stay again Taylor Stayed Jan, 2023 Review Great place to stay!! Its about 15-20 minutes from town. Also if its snowy, you definitely need 4 wheel drive to get up the driveway. Beautiful views, lovely cozy space and loved the hot tub! Highly recommend. Host's response: Hi Taylor! We are so happy to hear you had a great stay with great views! We hope you come back to visit soon! Marc Stayed Jan, 2023 Review Magnificent views, great amenities, and very cozy place. Our only issue: if visiting in winter, be prepared to walk up the steep icy driveway. And park at bottom of drive, carrying all your bags, etc. We couldnt get our 4WD vehicle up the drive. It was ice covered when we arrived. Could have done better at communicating this, or better yet, had salt and/or plow service lined up (even if it was available for a charge). This was a safety concern as well as very inconvenient. We are younger, and more able bodied, but could have definitely been a bigger issue for others. We understand its in the mountains, but seems this possibility could be addressed better. Also, we couldnt get the outside trash bin open. Better instructions on that too perhaps. However, we still highly recommend this place. Zach Stayed Dec, 2022 Review Very nice! Host's response: Zach, Thank you for your great review. We enjoyed hosting you for your stay. And we hope to host you again soon.SkyRun Breckenridge. Dante Stayed Nov, 2022 Review An incredible cabin with beautiful views of some of the most famous peaks in Breckenridge. This cabin is located just minutes from beautiful hikes and the prestine downtown area. The fact that this cabin is equipped with both a hottub and sauna makes it a must stay. We were also shocked with how relatively stocked the kitchen was with spices and herbs for cooking. This small feature made our nights in incredibly easy. Highly recommend this cabin and thanks SkyRun for working with us to make our stay memorable Host's response: Dante, thank you for your review and for sharing all the little perks this home has to offer to our guests! So very glad to hear that you were able to take advantage of the hot tub and sauna! A well-stocked kitchen is definitely a bonus. We can't wait to host more memorable experiences for you in the future! Jeffrey Stayed Sep, 2022 Review Great place! Has everything you could want.
