Bedrooms:
✔The master bedroom offers a comfortable King-size bed and ensuite bathroom
✔The first guest bedroom offers a full-size bed
✔The second guest bedroom offers 2 full size beds 

Kitchen:
✔The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample space for cooking and entertaining.
✔Enjoy meals together in the dining area, or head outside to the expansive backyard and patio for some outdoor dining and relaxation.

PETS: Please note we DO NOT welcome pets  except for monthly rentals. Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay for 30 day stays). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.

Please note that we provide a complementary set of start up amenities that include: shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish pods, dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee. 
Kindly note that our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these timings.

Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay.

This house was great! It was very clean and had everything we needed! It also had a pool which we didnt use but it was a nice plus! The neighborhood was great and it was decently close to the activities we wanted to do!
