I still am amazed at how friendly the community is at Rosemary Beach Lucian Stayed Jan, 2022 Review My girlfriend and I stayed in this condo for 3 nights 4 days for NYE. It was very clean, very simple, and perfect for us. It is about a 2 block walk from Rosemary beach square if you turn left onto 30A and about a 2-3 block walk to the seacrest beach access (turning right onto 30A and left at the big beach chair). Condo Amenities:-Large comfortable queen bed. We slept very well. -Pull out couch could sleep 1-2 people (we did not use it but it may not have been completely level so may need to ask host about pull out couch if staying with more than 2 people)-WiFi (private server was very slow but usable. WiFi is generally bad on 30A anyway). -Kitchenette (large mini fridge, sink, toaster oven, plug in stove top with pots and pans). -Parking is first come first serve but we did not have trouble finding parking. You dont need a parking pass. -Pool and Hot tub are located right behind condo by parking area. Very clean and has secure code access (read info on door to condo) We stayed for NYE and it was packed. A previous review said the walls are thin and it was noisy. We did not have that issue and it was quiet during our stay. We have no complaints and will be back to stay ! You cant beat the price and location! Great location to the pool, right above a bike rack to park our bikes, little walk or ride to the beach. The pull out couch however was terrible we worked it out, but if my children had been bigger this would have really made our trip miserable for sleeping arrangements. We have stayed in the villages many times over the years and absolutely love it here. This was our first time staying in this location, we only stayed 1 night as that was all that was available for this room. That was fine, we dont live far and just wanted to have somewhere to sleep after a day at the beach. The room is small, I would compare it to a hotel room size. The amenities include a microwave, coffee pot and sink which would be nice if you were staying for several days. Its advertised as a regular bed and pull out sofa, can sleep 4. The pull out sofa was my only problem. I would not stay here again with more than 2 people. The mattress on the pull out is in dire need of replacement. My kids arent picky and even complained how loud and uncomfortable it was. If you are staying as a couple I would definitely recommend this room but not for 4 people. That really is the only complaint, the location is excellent, the management company was very helpful when I couldnt figure out the door lock. The location is unbeatable in my opinion. You have access to 2 pools, there are several restaurants and a convenience store right down stairs and you are walking distance from Rosemary Beach. christy p. Parking isnt great but in October we didnt have too much trouble finding a spot. Beach was a 7-8 minute pleasant walk, make sure you wear the wristbands provided in the room! For just two of us, it was big enough in the room but any more people would be too tight. The carpet and flooring was very sandy and needed to be vacuumed better. The A/C stopped working during one day, so that night got VERY hot but we were able to fix it ourselves and didnt bother maintenance. All in all we had a good trip! The unit is a good size for two and adults and two small children. The only complaints we had were the WiFi was really slow, and the card readers didnt work in the laundry room (had to use the adjacent building). Overall, we like the location and will probably continue to stay at the Villages until the kids get older and need more space. The description does not say it, but there is a plug in cook top, along with pans, dishes, cups, and utensils...which was nice. On the downside, if you have more than 2 guests in this room, you will want to take an air mattress. If you dont know Rosemary Beach is very posh. Several celebrities own beach houses and choose this town to vacation in. This is an EXCELLENT way to affordably stay in Rosemary Beach. Its a 3-5 minute walk to Main St. and all of the boutiques, eateries, and The Pearl. Great value! Great location!The pool and the tram to the beach are just steps from the door. The complex has shops and restaurants on the bottom level if you dont want to walk to Rosemary Beach. Live music, outdoor seating, food, and drink every night in the middle of the complex.The room itself is on the small side, but is just fine for two people. There is only one con and it is not the fault of the host. The beach is completely filled with rental chairs and no one may set up in their vicinity. Those bringing their own chairs/umbrellas are crammed into a small space in between rental companies. It is very crowded! Just a word of caution, but the location and value far outweigh this minor inconvenience. What a great place! Well be back! I would recommend the SkyRun room.We really appreciated the accommodations and I got to say the location is amazing. Here is a quick rundown of my thoughts: 1. The location is amazing! You are about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute from a central fun space with food/drinks, close to a bunch of great food/bars, and a pool if you want to stay off the beach. 2. The room was more than enough for 2 people. I could imagine it would be tight for 4 people, but I think that could be done too if needed.3. Edgar was easy to get ahold of via text or email. Anything we needed he got for us. He was very clear with directions.4. People in the area are very friendly, so if you need small directions they are happy to help! 5. The room itself is clean and we didn't have any issues on that front. It was nice having a mini-fridge, a microwave, utensils, glasses, and the pool has a grill that is easy to use. It was nice to be able to cook some of our own food and save a little so we could go big on other meals. 6. There aren't a ton of frills about this room. With that said, if you are looking for a place to stay that has a great location, is clean, with good customer service, and for a reasonable amount of money then you will enjoy this spot! The space could use a couple updates, including a modern coffee maker. The pool is a nice perk, but the best perk is having a tram to access the beach. The shuttle ride to the beach was quick & easy. Pools were great! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to pretty much anything we needed, the grocery/deli downstairs was handy. Get the Crack Sandwich (chicken salad), it's amazing!! Unit: We were happy, great space for 2 people! Very well cleaned, couch was comfortable also. It was nice to have the larger tv.
