Just a stone's throw away from Marys Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks. You'll enjoy the private hot tub on your deck! The open living area features a comfy queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen. The master suite offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious jetted tub/shower combo and two sinks. The guest bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. Enjoy more mountain views from the deck with a private hot tub. With central AC to keep everything cool in the summer and warm in the winter, this condo is the perfect mountain home away from home! The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit. Mary-Kyle Stayed Jun, 2024 Review We loved the view of this location and really enjoyed our time there. It was very well stocked with all of the kitchen and bathroom essentials that you would need. It was great to sit in the hot tub on the porch and soak in our surroundings after spending time in the park. The only warning I would give is probably an oversight on my end; there were LOTS of stairs. Generally I dont know that it would have been that big of a deal but being at a higher altitude than we were used to, the stairs were quite the challenge for our group that included some with mobility limitations. I did see in further inspection that there is a picture of the stairs in the listing but they are not the full staircase leading up to the unit since it is upstairs from another unit. Again, probably something I missed but it wasnt listed in the description so be aware if you have any concerns about that. Other than that, this was a wonderful place to stay and we really enjoyed it! Everything described is exactly how we found it. Great views of the mountains, top floor with a very nice hot tub. The unit itself was spacious for our entire family and the two separate bathrooms made is perfect for us and the kids to shower and dress without having to wait for each other. They have made checking in simple with the keypad door handle, no keys required. The cabin was far enough from the main road to not hear traffic noise and easily access the downtown Estes area or the Rocky Mountain National Park.If you are looking for a nice quite get-away spot in Estes I highly recommend this one, we will definitely be staying here again on our next Estes visit. If it were night time and raining I'd imagine it could be quite difficult to find the correct unit. The maintenance people have access to the condo with their own code it seems. we had one person unlock and open the front door on a Sunday mid-day thinking we had already left however we were checking out on Monday. he was very apologetic and it was an obvious mistake but it does kind of make the condo seem less secure than we hoped. nevertheless, we'd return given how great the overall experience was. I am not sure what map you are talking about, the map included in the pictures in the listing show the location of the condo. It can be confusing as the HOA did not number the sequentially. We are always just a phone call away to provide assistance. Just like in any apartment building or live in rental or vacation rental, the maintenance team has the ability to access properties. This is necessary for maintenance and emergencies. They dread making this mistake. The last thing they want to do is walk into an occupied property without the guests knowledge. We try to take care of basic maintenance between guests or if a guest contacts us during their stay. Fortunately, emergencies are extremely rare. We would love to host you again. Beth Stayed Dec, 2023 Review This is a beautiful property with a beautiful view. There are quite a few stairs to get to the unit which is just something to be aware of if people have mobility issues. My friend has a bad knee which was a little challenging. Check in and check out were easy Peezy. Our furnace wasnt working and they had someone at our door within a half hour to fix the issue and they followed up the next day which was great. The cost per night is great. I do struggle with the $350 cleaning fee when part of the agreement is to take all of the trash out, towels in the bathtub, and start the dishwasher. Hotels dont work well with four littles and this place provided two bedrooms and two bathrooms so we could spread out and have access to a kitchen. The private hot tub was nice for us to do when the kids went to bed! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals however, with kids it would have been nice to have some plastic cup options. We were glad for the air conditioning as it was warmer when we were there and we noticed a lot of other places dont have that. The location is great. Great views and easy access to downtown Estes Park and RMNP. The place was very clean. Had plenty of bath towels and even pool towels.The community pool was very loved by our kids. Responsive help from SkyRun (during business hours). We struggled to find the condo when we arrived after 6 PM in the fading light. The condo complex's unit numbers are poorly marked, and not well lit. A map of the units in the complex should be provided. Also, we were bummed there were no propane tanks for the grill - a sign on the grill said the grills were not allowed, even though most patios had a grill on them. Overall it was a great weekend with the fam. Host's response: Thank you Peter. You should have received a map with you confirmation with the unit numbers on it. The HOA for Mary's Lake Condos has made that decision and is also against fire code. The HOA is working with the owners and deciding how to move forward. We do apologize for any inconvenience. DeAnna Stayed Jan, 2023 Review This is a lovely place to stay. Hot tubbing in the snowfall was awesome, the fireplace made the home so cozy, and everything was absolutely squeaky clean. Our door code did not work on arrival, but it was quickly fixed with one phone call and we had no further trouble. The view is amazing, and the area was very quiet.We were not aware this property has 37 stairs from parking up to the door, so if mobility is an issue for you that would be a problem. Also, snow removal is lax (it DID snow daily). It didn't cause us trouble, but I could see it hindering those with mobility or balance concerns. That said we did have one major issue, the Hot tub was not working, which was extremely disappointing considering that is why we chose this location. It was our wedding(elopement). We planned on relaxing in the tub at night, to be honest, if it didn't have a hot tub we would not have booked this place. Im not sure how or why no one checks the hot tubs prior to arrival of guests. To me, that's a failure on skyruns part. So if your looking for a hot tub, find somewhere else. It was sized perfectly for the two of us, but easily could have fit our whole family, had we brought our kids as well. Nothing beats being able to sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the sun rise over the mountains, or soaking in the hot tub after a day hiking through RMNP. We would absolutely come again. The only thing to note is that you have to climb a decent number of steps to get to the unit, so someone who wasn't comfortable with that may want to find a unit on the lower level, which wouldn't have the same views! Only negatives were that only one side of the grill worked so had to cook food in shifts which took a while for 6 people. The beds and pillows were very nice and there were plenty of towels for bathing and the hot tub. The only negatives was the large number of steps we had to walk up and down. At a higher altitude, this would have been nice information to have. Also, the ice cube maker didn't work (they did bring a bag of ice) and one of the controls on the hot tub did not work. We were disappointed to arrive and see that we had about 20 steps up to our place. We are able bodied, but I never recall seeing anything in the description about there being steps to the entrance. I expected the parking lot to be right across from the front door, as it appeared in the picture. We were also very disappointed to find our hot tub at 82 degrees when we arrived. We called management and were told they had emptied it that day and filled it back up because of Covid-19 so it would take time to warm up and should be warm by the morning. We specifically only looked for places to stay that had a hot tub and fully expected to use it that night. It WAS warm by the next morning, but we were not happy that it was not usable the first night as it should have been. I appreciate the fact that they are trying to keep things cleaner but we paid for a hot tub and expected it to be ready to be used upon our arrival. Everything else was as expected and we enjoyed our stay. If you are planning on cooking, you may find the equipment lacking. For example, there are no serving bowls, thus had to use the liner of an instapot for making salads. Air conditioning was a must for our July stay and the main reason we chose this unit. We always travel to mountain towns over the few short weeks when AC is very much needed as it was 85+ for 3 of the days we stayed. The location to Rocky Mountain National Park couldn't have been better, far enough away from town that we had a herd of Elk outside our bedroom window one morning. It is close enough to drive in and grab a quick bite to eat. We will rent this unit again on our next visit to Estes Park. Margo Stayed May, 2019 Review We were vacationing with our adult son and his girlfriend. The size and layout of this condo was ideal for 4 adults. The location and view were both spectacular, especially from the private outdoor hot tub after a day of hiking. The complex was very close to downtown Estes Park shops and restaurants, as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Everything was great, the place was spotless, the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom furnishings are all top notch, dimmable lights everywhere, a fireplace that keeps the place toasty. The hot tub was spotless and the water was clean and hot (it even has a handy device for easily taking the cover on and off.) The view is incredible (they look great in the photos and are even better in person!) with wide, sweeping views of the mountains. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the check-in and checkout were easy and it was easy to get a hold of people when I had a question! Thanks!
