Stayed Sep, 2022 Nice place to stay This is a basement condo, no AC, and hard to cool on a warm day. The condo needs updated. The washing machine works but has problems, the internet did not work for half of our stay and therefore the TV also did not work well. Management fixed the internet but we still were unable to access Netflix or Prime or any movies the entire time. The kitchen is a mix of leftover dishes and could use new dishes, especially more drinking glasses. Cleanliness was average. We would not stay here again. The TV in the bedroom has Roku, guests will need their own Netfilx or Prime account information. The washing machine and dryer are brand new, we will look at it. The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances, dishes, and utensils needed to live there for as long as you need/want. Washer and dryer were a blessing. Both bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and shower was wonderful. Plenty of towels as well. The only part we had a problem with was the internet. I believe it was finally resolved and the staff tried very hard to get this fixed during our stay. This is the only reason I did not give a full five stars. We were too busy exploring RMNP and Estes Park that we did not enjoy the BBQ area or the nice porch outside. However, it would be a must next time I go back. It was very well stocked as other reviewers mentioned. The beds were comfy and plenty of storage. In the morning, I would turn on the electric fireplace for some ambience with my coffee. If you are hiking at RMNP, you should strongly consider staying here! Communication was professional and prompt. We even left a bunch of clothing in a drawer and they kindly shipped it back to us. We would definitely consider staying here again. There was noise from a road nearby but the skies were dark and had excellent stargazing. We even saw a meteor pass by. Go for it! The townhome is tucked away in a quiet, relaxed location while still being a very close, convenient drive to Rocky Mountain National Park as well as Downtown Estes. We arrived at night and had a bit of a hard time finding the home in the dark; the community is tucked away and asks that all outside lights be turned off at night (very lovely for star viewing!). After finding our way the first time, we had no trouble after that. Check in was very easy. The townhome was well cleaned and was stocked with just about everything you could need. Great, large shower. We were pleasantly surprised to see that much of the furniture in the home had been updated since the most recent pictures! Also the property management informed us that the oven was not functional prior to us coming but they provided us with a toaster oven upon request, very accommodating. The fire place is so cool, even with no heat. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. There is a washer and dryer, so you can go home with clean clothes. Centrally located. It was 90 when we were there and the cabin got very warm.I would recommend bringing a pillow, the pillows leave something to be desired. The comforters are very used. Be careful on the couch, sat down and the back feel right off snd I landed on the floor.....I was fine and made for a laugh....Overall, was a very nice stay.
