The view from the balcony was of the pool and the intracostal waterway. The trash dumpster was in view but it did not bother us.The unit was very clean, as was the rest of the property. The water taxi stop was on-site - providing easy access to the rest of Ft. Lauderdale and even Marguritaville in Hollywood. The beach is less than 3 blocks away and it sits right on the inter coastal which we enjoyed this view from our balcony. The condo is super nice and comfortable.. it is very well taken care of and sooo clean (which was very important to us) we felt like at home here. The check in process was easy at the front desk and everyone was super welcoming. We really enjoyed taking the water taxi to las Olas for lunch!! We really enjoyed this beautiful property and the location is literally perfect. It is nicely furnished and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to make your meals. The pool in the hotel was very clean and has a relaxing view. The beach is within walking distance and you can take a water taxi to different places which was really cool. Everything you need is nearby within walking distance. We can't wait to be back!!
