Near a peach orchard and horse barn, you will feel as if you have escaped into the pinnacle of the country. When you enter through the backdoor, you are instantly welcomed by the homey decor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need from a dishwasher, stove, roomy refrigerator, and washer and dryer. When you head into the spacious living room, you well find a comfy couch, and a big screen tv with Roku. Down the hall are three lovely bedrooms, two with queen beds, and the primary is equipped with a king bed and large TV with Roku and private bathroom. The bathrooms are remodeled with a modern-styled shower and sink. This is the perfect home to rest after a day of wine touring and exploring all the Palisade adventures.

Incredible stay. Beautiful scenery, local location (drivable or Uber if available). We got to visit the horses next door, visit the numerous wineries around town. We grilled the last night which was great as well. Very peaceful stay. The living room and decor made us all feel so comfortable. Thank you so much for having us!

Our dogs gave it 5 stars! Awesome backyard, great for the pups, grilling, and relaxing. House was spotless. Great attention to detail, down to the earplugs on every nightstand. Would have appreciated a bit larger and/or more cookware and more outdoor seating due to the size of our group.

Great place! Loved the orchard setting. Close to Palisade and all it has to offer, while being convenient to Grand Junction as well. Clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Hosts were very helpful. The ONLY complaint was the train. The particular nights we stayed had the train running multiple times late into the night and early mornings. Its right across the street and at a road crossing so you get the horns blaring and then the house shaking rumble. Overall not a deal breaker for the quality of stay, but if you are a light sleeper like I am you might have a couple wake ups.

The house was exactly what our family needed to feel comfortable for a long weekend visiting Palisade. Its close to all of the orchards and is a very short 3 minute drive to downtown. The fenced in yard, the view, the horses next door were added bonuses. Looking forward to coming back, as we make an annual visit to Palisade a family tradition! (Host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with)

We stayed in Mesquite for 3 nights during a heat wave with 120 temperatures. We relied highly on the pool amenities and were surprisingly the only ones there the entire stay. The only hard part was that we couldnt put the AC lower than a certain point which was a little difficult given the heat, but eventually we got used to it. Some extra fans might be helpful for future guests. The place itself was pretty spacious for the 7 of us and I very much appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. The condo is super easy to find off the freeway, and the neighborhood itself feels private and quiet. We had a great time with the kiddos, thanks for having us!

Great location right off a main road. Very clean and the kitchen has everything youll need. Was nice to do a load of laundry before we left.Please note. The home is older and sound carries and is across from a train track (will hear thought the night).

SkyRun was extremely responsive to our questions and needs. We requested a pack and play and high chair and both were available to us in the unit. The location was excellent for our activities to pick cherries in Palisade, catch a bite to eat downtown, and to access the CO National Monument. There are horses and an orchard right by the property and our little one loved seeing the horses every day! The unit was spacious and kitchen well stocked in terms of cookware, dinnerware, utensils, etc. Fridge is empty so make sure to bring/purchase your own condiments, etc. The only negative was the lingering odor of cigarette smoke in the unit, not sure if the last occupants smoked indoors or if this is always the case, but it was pretty rough our first night (especially for the little one). We ended up spending most of our time out and about or on the covered patio area because of this.

Great spot to stay in Palisade. Was very clean had everything we needed for our stay. Close to bike path to get to Riverbend park and to wineries. The train did come every morning starting at 6 am, so had some early wake ups, but over all great stay.

this house was great - it was very close to wineries and downtown palisade. we brought our dog and it was a nice fenced in yard for her to roam around. the home was spacious enough for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. additionally, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. would definitely come back in the future!

These hosts and this proprty were fantastic for my first trip to Palisade to see a new baby in the family. I had reserved a different property several weeks prior (with a different company), and upon arrival, was not pleased with its location, but as it was non refundable, felt we'd just have to make it work. But there was a power disconnect notice on the door from just a few hours before my arrival at 4pm. I needed to quickly secure another place, as other family had missed flights and would be arriving at midnight. This house showed available and i booked it and immediately heard from the hosts that they were going to double check its stock, readiness, and turn on an interior light for us. They gave me an entry code-- all this within 30 minutes of booking. The house was spacious, pristine, and our stay could not have gone more smoothly. I would stay at this house again, no hesitation.

We needed a yard for doggie, gotta say, GREAT doggie yard. VERY CLEAN! Washer and dryer worked great and we USED them. Beds were very comfy, well, bed, we only used one. Comfy couch to TV veg out and the big kitchen table was great to read a newspaper, well, news on a computer during coffee in the mornings. Bottom line, we'd go back.

We loved staying here! It was perfect for a weekend getaway, about 5 min from downtown and restaurants and 10 min from the wineries. The place was clean, cute, and had all of the amenities you would need. We also loved that it was dog friendly, would definitely come back and stay here.

The home was great and fit our group well. It had everything we needed for a great weekend. The management company was very proactive reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed prior to check in. The only issues we had were the 2 secondary bedrooms only had sheers for the curtains so the sun was extremely bright early in the morning. It woke us up much earlier than we had hoped. And the primary bathroom shower was nicely remodeled but felt quite small. The couple using that bathroom said it was very hard to move around in there. It wouldn't prevent us from staying again but for the price we paid, it was worth a mention. Thanks for having us!

We really enjoyed our 30-day stay in this home. It was spotlessly clean, nicely renovated on the inside and very comfortable. Having the peach orchard in the back and horses next door was very nice. The house is surrounded by a small fenced-in grassy area. There is a railroad track across the street but we were not bothered by the trains that passed several times a day. Palisade is a adorable town with a quaint vibe, some good restaurants, and of course many vineyards & wineries. There are a lot of great outdoor things to do in the area and the house is in a great location for day trips in all directions. Communication with the host was flawless. We felt absolutely welcomed in the home and plan to come back again.

Great Stay
This is a great, secluded and quiet spot outside of Palisade. We stayed for a couple of days to ski on Grand Mesa. It was a bit of a drive to the Mesa but for the cost and the solitude, well worth it! The place is spacious and bright, super cozy, with a nice kitchen.
