With quick highway access, you're just 30 minutes north of Denver and 37 miles from Fort Collins. THE SPACE This home is designed with space and convenience in mind—perfect for families or larger groups. The main level features an expansive, eat-in kitchen that’s great for meals together, plus three cozy bedrooms, including a primary suite with a luxurious five-piece bath and a generously sized walk-in closet. You’ll also find a convenient laundry room to help keep things easy during longer stays. The fully finished walkout basement adds even more room to spread out, complete with a large game room, an additional bedroom and bathroom, and a dedicated office space for remote work or quiet time. Step Outside: -Enjoy amazing open-space views from the large outdoor deck off the main level, ideal for BBQs and sunsets. -Down below, the covered patio and private backyard offer a peaceful, shaded area for lounging or reading. -Love gardening?
