No ac but it was rainy so it stayed semi cool. TV was not user friendly. Peaceful area and great hot tub. A quick walk to the ice skating rink and several bars that are there. Bus picks up right outside for keystone, 10 minute drive to arapahoe basin. This is not to SkyRuns discredit but we did pull up to 3 different garages before we figured out the right one, they gave clear instructions so not their fault. Hot tub was nice too. The only thing that is out of their control was that we could hear the people above us walking at night. Overall we loved the condo and would stay there again! Located close to a walking path that goes for miles and also alongside the river and by Keystone Lake. As with most places in the mountains there is no a/c. This room faces Highway 6, during the summer when you need to have windows open for airflow, we had a really hard time sleeping because of the road noise, even with a fan and a noise maker going. The bed was super comfy, and the temperature was comfortable in the middle of the summer (even without a/c). The hot tub was super nice after a long hike as well. The only thing to be aware of is that the parking garage is extremely tight if you have a SUV, but you can always park in one of the parking spots outside of the garage. My partner and I stayed at Clearwater lofts and it was amazing. After some minor troubles with the hot tub access, the rest of the trip was great. The unit was spacious, indoor parking was great, and the king size bed was a huge bonus. The pull out couch was quite comfortable too. Having an elevator was great for the heavy luggage we had.
