Great Place / Very Convenient

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo with 4-6 guests. Everything is so convenient and the basic supplies (kitchen supplies, cooking extras (oil, spices), laundry, bathroom, entertainment...) are all there and easy to find/use. Such great area to stay and convenient to access all of summit county and beyond. Love this little place... feels like a little home away from home.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Clean and new and very close to the slopes. Only thing I would change is instructing people on where the card readers for the garages is located. We figured it out pretty fast but the next day helped two other families, who were searching around the garage area, find the card readers

Impromptu Ski Trip

We really enjoyed the space in this condo. There were just 2 of us, but we used the bunk room for "staging" and the second bathroom as handy when we were both getting ready at the same time. The highway is outside the master bedroom windows and the deck also faces the highway, but we did not notice too much extra noise. The hot tub was great and a short walk from our room. I didn't care for the master bedspread as it was furry and shed hair on dark clothes, but it was comfortable enough. Newer building and very clean and lovely.

Great condo when looking for 2 BR. Clean, beautiful, easy check in instructions including box with key if checking in after hours. Good price for the area, but everything in the ski resorts is expensive! Only down side was cleaning people came early, woke me up and asked to store their cleaning supplies in the kitchen hours before our check out time. Overall would stay there again.

Excellent home!

This condo in keystone is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in, and we almost always stay in vacation rentals, all over the world. The location is absolutely perfect, with great views, and close to Dillon lake, Frisco, Breckenridge, Vail etc. Easy drive from the Denver airport, and very accessible. The check in instructions were easy and accurate, very cooperative and gave us an early check in too! Parking in the garage was convenient and easy. The interiors of the condo are very well appointed, comfortable and chic! One of the nicest places we have been in. The kitchen was very well stocked, with all the necessities plus luxuries! They even had an instant pot, which is a super nice touch to throw together a meal after a long day outdoors. The bathrooms and bedrooms are all well stocked and clean, and very comfortable. When the temps dipped into the 40s, the heated floors are an added bonus and felt great! Our family had a great time here and we will definitely be back!

I'm glad I was prompted to review, as I had wanted to and got sidetracked. The condo was lovely. We've stayed in many rentals and thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here. The unit has amazing light, is spacious, and the kitchen is incredibly well-stocked. We only made breakfast, and yet a family could easily prepare any meal with no issue. The unit was nicely appointed with items that made it feel more home-like and not as sterile as a typical unit managed by a group. We would stay again without hesitation!

Great location for the conference center with an easy 5 minute walk. Well supplied kitchen. The only issue that was surprising was how loud the highway noise is with the windows open. Nothing we couldnt handle but it did wake us up at least once a night. If youre a light sleeper youd need to close the windows. Otherwise, everything else was great!

We enjoyed our stay at Clearwater Lofts 204. Locations was great. The condo was super clean and laid out well. We loved the windows! The bathroom door to the kitchen area was super sticky and loud to open - could be easily adjusted. That was our only complaint! Loved the heated garage parking - slowest garage door ever! LOL

Very Happy!

5:30 am Sunday January 1st, my wife and I woke up... decided what to do with one more week off from kids school... We looked up VRBO, found this home had a fresh new opening for the week and took it. We had a couple of questions upon booking and the owner got back to us quickly on the holiday. Upon arrival, the home was as pictured. Spacious, clean, and had the elegance of a newer condo. We loved our stay. We walked the first day to the lifts from the condo. This included my 9, 6, and 4 year olds. Loved it and thank you for letting us stay!

We had a small hiccup during check in - the key cards for our unit's garage and room did not work. Luckily for us, the on call maintenance man was very responsive and helpful. The rest of the stay was wonderful. The unit was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay in Keystone

This brand new condo is really nice and big. There are lot of big windows which brings a lot of natural lights in throughout the day. I have stayed many other places in Keystone but most of them felt cold and dark due to not enough natural light. This place is very close from Keystone village, a very short walk to keystone lake and even Dillon lake. The condo is very well decorated, has a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We stayed here during summer time. For winter this would be our choice of stay mainly because of proximity from ski village and easy access to gondola. I would recommend this place to everyone who is planning a visit in Keystone.

This place is beautifully decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. Lots of sunlight comes in through the many windows. It was very clean and well kept. Plenty of seating around the dinner table and in the family room. Its very noisy from the 4 lane highway just outside the balcony all night long and made it very hard to sleep. When we closed the windows it got very hot. We were there in July when temps were up and there is no air conditioning. It may not be a problem during a season when windows would be closed. Also additional parking for the unit is more than a 1/4 mile away across the 4 lane highway. For those reasons we would not return to this property.

Hi Becky. Thanks for your feedback. Most properties here dont have AC because the temperature doesn't typically go above 80. As for parking it can get tricky, even homeowners are only allowed one spot per HOA rules. I hope we can find you a unit more suited for your needs if you stay with us again.rThanks!
