SUBMIT Rachel Stayed Jul, 2024 Review We had three adult couples stay for the Keystone Wine and Jazz festival and everyone loved the condo! The views are gorgeous, the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and small appliances, and its hard to beat three bedrooms each with king beds and private bathrooms. We didnt realize until the second night that there were several extra pillows in the primary bathroom closet, so make sure to check that right away so everyone has a good nights sleep. Well definitely stay again. Ingrid Stayed Jan, 2024 Review We just finished a 4 night stay and can say that the condo was one of the nicest places we have stayed so far. Spacious, clean, well decorated and perfect for friends or family. The owners made it very comfortable with all you need. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with both plastic glasses, regular glassware, wine glasses, sturdy plates, bowls, a great gas stove too. We also loved the large table that sat 8 and a beautiful living room with large picture windows that lets in tons of light and looked up the slopes. There is a main floor primary bedroom with a large bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms on the ground floor had their own bathrooms and each bedroom had a door that led to the hot tub.The private hot tub overlooking the stream and mountains was incredibly relaxing after a day of skiing. The River Run Gondola was about a 5 min walk as were the restaurants, ice rink, etc. No need for your car once you arrive. There is a garage, ski storage and elevator. A great place to call home! Right on the river, just about as close as you can get to the gondola and the village without being in a big resort. Tucked in nicely behind another building. We loved it. The townhouse is excellent for large families / friends. It's close enough to the gondola and has all the amenities you need to have a good time. The big giant window in the living room opens up to a view of the mountain and forest and its picturesque. The only negative is that the garage is too small for large vehicles such as a tahoe or suburban and you have to go park at an overnight lot. If you have 2 cars, then its easier to do but if you have only one large car, you are kind of screwed. Loved the views and close proximity to River Run.We enjoyed the private hot tub and used it daily, although the controls got locked somehow and we couldn't figure out how to unlock them.The Roku set-up was easy to use, and it's got an auto log-out feature, so you don't have to worry about people using your Netflix/Prime accounts after you leave.Be aware there is a building going up next door, so the construction noise (including back-up beeping) can be annoying. I assume this will continue the rest of summer 2023. We did day trips to hike and site see, so it was tolerable.Oh, also -- there is no lock on the master bedroom door and it opens outward, so cannot be blocked with a door jamb. It was so nice to wake up and have my tea looking out at beautiful trees, birds and wildlife and even see a couple of the upper slopes. The hot tub on the porch was fantastic after a long day of skiing. The beds were comfortable, linens plentiful and the kitchen had enough large pots and pans so that we could do most of our meals at home. Beautifully furnished with everything we needed plus extras like puzzles, cards and games. Loved staying here and loved that Skyrum allowed us to check in early. The only draw back was our Suburban didnt fit in to garage it was too long. Parked in the Montezuma lot which is only a 1 block walk away. We will be staying here again for sure. It did not, yet the description did say small SUVs. It was only a 3 minute walk to public parking. For crossovers or cars the garage would be no issue. You do need a subscription to a streaming service, e.g. Hulu, etc. I nor the local Sky Run host could figure out local channels for March madness... However, still gets a 5 star.
