This pet-friendly retreat is in an ideal location for your skiing, hiking, and other outdoor adventures with multiple trails and ski resorts nearby, all while being within short driving distance of downtown Breckenridge and the beautiful town of Frisco. This rental is a short drive to downhill and nordic skiing, snowshoe and hiking trails, fly-fishing, dog sledding, horseback riding, sleigh rides, golfing, bike trails, and more!

This home has a queen bed in the primary bedroom. There is additional accommodation for 2 with a king sleeper sofa in the living area, and two more can sleep on the futon in the nook - comfortably sleeping 6 people in total.

Whip up a quick meal in the fully equipped kitchen after a long day spent fly fishing or out on the slopes. You'll also love the privacy of the fenced in outdoor living space adjacent to the living room!

PARKING INFORMATION:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads.
