overall a great place to stay. one of the few rentals that has good appliances and supplies. The house was clean, roomy, and well stocked. my only complaint is that the water supply is full of air and sputters and spits constantly, every day. I thought it would go away after the first day but it persisted the entire time. overall I would love to stay here again.

We loved how this cozy home is nestled in the picturesque aspens away from the hubbub and road noise, and yet it was conveniently located minutes from nearby hiking trails, biking trails, ski lift, amazing restaurants, shopping and ice skating. The beautiful deck offered a great gathering place for our family to relax and soak up the serenity of the mountains. The spacious dining room and four bathrooms also made it very comfortable for our extended family to all stay together. The well stocked kitchen and grill made cooking for a group a breeze. We appreciated how the owners are so friendly and accommodating, and they definitely go the extra mile to ensure a great experience! We will definitely return again!

Nice house. Quiet and private neighborhood. Peaceful and beautiful. 10-min from Breckenridge. Closer to hiking. Altitude was an adjustment for some in our group. We spent most time on the the deck. Dining room table was perfect. Big enough for 11-people to eat. Enough plates, glasses, silverware, etc. for large groups. Kitchen and grill were enough to cook for a big group. We had 9 people sleep at the house comfortably. The house wasn't clean when we arrived. After contacting the owner, cleaners were there in 30-min. Spotless thereafter. Owner contacted us a couple times to be sure we didn't need anything. Overall a great weekend with our family.

The house looks bigger in the photos. The pots and pans and small appliances need updating. The Teflon on pans were scraped and coming off- I had to use a pot to cook eggs. There were two toasters, but neither one worked. The ground level, which housed 4 bunk beds, was very cold. Very quiet and cozy.

The place was great for our 2 family vacation. Plenty of room and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Trying to find parking in the town of Breckinridge was difficult which made simple things like going to get a coffee at the cafe challenging for a family or group. We were aware that the home was not located in the town area but we were unaware of how busy the town is. Not really anything against the home just a heads up for newbies visiting at the beginning of March as we did. Overall great experience!

The place overall is Great! Location was awesome, nice and quiet area with beautiful surroundings. The carpets were heavily stained and when we brought it up via email we were told it is because if winter season and they get steamed cleaned during Spring. Some things of the house such as faucets should be replaced as they are not in good shape. Communication was great and when we brought up issues they were addressed immediately. Overall, a good experience!

Great house in a great location! Its just outside of town, tucked in among the trees. Beautiful setting and place to stay. They have done the basic surface clean but it needs a deep clean. Very well stocked with anything you need. Would go back again! We did have 2 moose in the driveway during our stay and loved seeing them!!

Great stay! Pictures dont accurately show how big this house really is! The full side bunk beds were a plus!! They had a plow service come and take care of the driveway which was a huge help! Also had updated couches in the living room that comfortably fit all of us!

Everything was great! Location and how spacious it was. Only hiccup we had was our wifi went out for a few hours due to a falsely wire that we switched out. We had so much room for 10 people we felt so comfortable! We would highly recommend this listing for big families. Its definitely important to have good tires for the snow. Drive into town was about 5-8 min which was also beautiful it almost looked like a hallmark movie in the making lol! Will definitely return!

We had a great time at Aspen House. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The place is very conveniently located near Breck! The house is well equipped, and the community where the house is located is peaceful and beautiful. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Definitely a great place for families . Theirs A lot of space for a large group and the scenery is amazing. Youll need a 4 wheel drive vehicle in winter months so you wont get stuck in the snow. Overall i will suggest this spot. Kids loved sledding in the snow down the road.

We had an amazing stay at Aspen House! The house was very spacious and easily accommodated 10 people. We loved how this property was nestled in the Aspens; absolutely beautiful! The master bedroom/bath was huge and the basement was a great place for kids to hang out. Easy drive to Breckenridge!

We enjoyed our stay at the Aspen House. There was more than enough room for the 6 of us. My youngest daughter loved spending her time on the lower level watching tv. Being from Texas we weren't sure how we could survive without ceiling fans (or a/c), so we were super excited to find out that there were ceiling fans and not having a/c was never a problem as the weather was gorgeous our entire stay. The large deck was great (except for the abundance of mosquitos. Bug spray solved that quickly though). House is stocked well. Check-in/out was super easy. There are a few things that could use an upgrade (broken vent on front of microwave, leather splitting on couch), however, these are more cosmetic and did not affect their use. And we were a little disappointed that we were not able to use the grill, it had not been cleaned. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and would stay here again.

The property is in a beautiful location but it is tucked up the road a bit, about 10 minutes to Breckenridge and 20 minutes to Frisco. During the summer it would be fine but in Winter you 100% need a 4WD or AWD vehicle or youll get stuck if there is snow. The home is extremely large and is great for hosting a large family. Loved the deck and view! SkyRun is also a great host. We had a few questions and concerns and they were fast to respond to answer all our questions. Would definitely stay with them again!

Great Last Minute Stay!
My extended family (consisting of 5 adults and 3 kids) had a great stay at Aspen House. We had to make last minute decisions due to the fires around Estes Park, where we planned to spend the week. The house set up was great with the room with bunkbeds on the lower level with a tv and games for the kids to hang out, and the living room area for the adults to hang out. The location was very easy to get to and only about 10 minutes from Breckenridge. SkyRun was very communicative and everything from check-in to check-out (via keypad) was easy and great! We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay here! We stayed in early August and the weather was gorgeous. We brought a fan in case it got too hot, but we didn't use it at all. We made great use of the deck and the kitchen is well stocked with plates/cups/cooking utensils etc. The place was very clean and super close to downtown, so we could drive in easily to visit. We went on a lovely hike whose trailhead was literally 3 minutes from the place. Would definitely return!

Great location. It was our first time in Colorado and we had no issues at all with the huge snow coming in. Plows were there in the mornings to clear out the driveways. Great space for large families. A plus is also that they had a garage that fit two cars so we didnt have to clean off snow off our cars!!

Exactly like the pictures. We had a great time! About 11 minutes from Breckenridge lots of privacy in the woods. The management company was super responsive even over a holiday weekend. Only thing of note, the room with 4 queens does not have blinds and could be better for sleeping in. Definitely recommended!

True to the posting!
This house was exactly as advertised, and was a great option for our Breck ski trip! Clean. Check-in was easy with codes being sent day-of. Driveway was a little tricky to get in and out of in the snow due to a small turning hilldefinitely recommend 4x4 if going in winter. Garage was somewhat small and didnt fit the large trucks we had, but there was space in the driveway (once shoveled out a bit more) to fit three vehicles. A car or mid-SUZ will fit no problem.No issues with the property, highly recommend!

Had a great family vacation in Breckenridge! The space was perfect for groups. Downstairs basement could accommodate 8 (2 queen sized bunk beds) which is nice for kids. The main level was just living space and the additional 3 bedrooms were upstairs. The layout made it easy for people to spend time together or rest in their rooms without bothering each other. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. 2 car garage made it easy to store ski gear and cars.

Scenic, private forest views, but with quick access to Rt-9 just south of Breckenridge. It was nice having 4 separate bathrooms to go with 4 bedrooms. This easily fit two families with 4 children. A great retreat from the craziness of Breck in ski season.

Our group rented a SUV, which made for the perfect location since it's just a few minutes away from downtown Breck. Plenty of space, 4 bathrooms served our group of 5 very well and the kitchen came in handy to prepare meals (and save some money). We spent most of our time there hanging out in the living room and on the patio. The views of the pine trees and snow outside are just picture perfect! Loved drinking my morning coffee out there! :)The door to the patio, however, does not have a knob on the outside portion. I shut the door entirely and locked myself out once! Something that may add to the Aspen House experience would be to invest in better pillows. The beds slept great, just not the pillows- something I noticed as a property owner myself.We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
