It did not meet my personal standards of clean. However, I may have different standards than the whoever is reading this or maybe I have unrealistic expectations. Either way, that is my honest opinion. The pool was dirty and unusable upon arrival. I am positive if I had contacted the host they would have sent the pool guy to take care of it, but I didnt bother because of the limited time and reason for our visit. The carpets were grimy to the point where I just wouldnt walk around without shoes, and the kitchen and baths felt the same. We didnt spend a lot of time at this airbnb, so the place worked for our needs with the right number of rooms/beds and close proximity to family. On a positive note: It does have a lot of amenities to entertain a family as described in the listing, lots of space/rooms when you need a moment of privacy, and a great location. The house was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We all had a king/queen size bed in our room which was nice. Great location and super easy check in. Bathrooms were spotless and backyard with the heated pool and putting green kept the kiddos entertained for hours. Loved the BBQ and the beds were so comfy. Had a hiccup with the plumbing (no ones fault) and Pete was fantastic at getting someone out immediately to fix it, following up and staying in touch. So impressed! Mesa Garnet Stayed Mar, 2023 Review We stayed at this property with four adults and four kids under 5 -- we found the house to be spacious enough so that we didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. We loved the pool (and the fact that it was heated!) and appreciated some of the fun extras like giant Jenga and pool noodles in the closet outside. We loved spending time at the outdoor dining table in the evenings and enjoyed using the grill as well. With young kids, a full-size washer/dryer (with detergent pods available) was a huge plus. And for the adults, the stocked coffee bar with K-pods, creamer and sugars was key. We also found the location convenient -- close to grocery stores and restaurants, easy access to the freeway and we enjoyed visiting downtown Gilbert for dinner and ice cream; just a 10-min drive away.
