The home was just as the pictures show. It was perfect for our family getaway. We loved the open space and all the windows which allowed the adults to always have an eye on the kids. There were minor hiccups but they quickly responded and got things fixed.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Interior recently redone with new kitchen, wet bar, new furniture, very clean. The back yard is nicely done with a great pool, turf yard, palm trees and other landscaping, patio and grill. Patio furniture is average quality and has seen some wear, but not bad for outdoor furniture. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only issue was a somewhat extreme lack of flexibility on check-in and check-out from the manager "Pete & Maria." They offered us a complimentary early check-in at 3:00 instead of the normal 4:00 check-in. One hour was the best they could do when the house was vacant the night prior. Pete & Maria (they are with Sky Run Phoenix and do not own this particular property but manage it) offered us the option of purchasing the prior night so that we could have an early check-in, which we did. We also asked about a late check-out and they offered 12:00 instead of 10:00 am for an extra $150. Nice house, but almost zero flexibility!

We take great pride in providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests to enjoy.We are sorry to hear that you felt there was a lack of flexibility with our check-in and check-out times. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs whenever possible. As you mentioned, we offered you a complimentary early check-in at 3:00pm instead of the normal 4:00pm check-in time, as well as the option to purchase the prior night for an even earlier check-in.In regards to the late check-out, we understand that an extra fee of $150 may seem steep. However, this fee is necessary in order for us to get additional cleaning staff to the property to prepare it for the next guest's stay. The fee covers our costs for the extra help it takes to clean a home in a limited time. Every home has to be cleaned and available for a guest arrival of 4pm. We do our best to keep our fees reasonable and transparent.We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration for future guests. Our group of 11 had an amazing stay at Pete and Marias. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes/appliances/coffee. The pool was larger than we expected and the backyard is amazing! Extremely clean airbnb, lots of towels for showers/pool and extra linens and pillows. Pete and Maria responded within minutes of any queries I had. I highly recommend this airbnb and hope to stay again!

Had a wonderful stay and experience! The property was terrific, nicely appointed and wonderfully clean. The heated pool was fabulous and generous patio and rear yard space was perfect for a few family gatherings. The ability to utilize the garage for parking was such a plus compared to other properties we have stayed at. The owners were terrific communicators and were always available for any questions or needs. A truly fabulous experience and definitely a property we will keep in our list for future travel to Scottsdale.

We had such a wonderful stay! There was room for everyone (we had 3 adults and 3 kids) and the kids loved the pool! The pool is heated and the perfect temperature during the cooler months. There were restaurants and shopping near by and they were easy to get to via car. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful visit at your beautiful home! We enjoyed the open layout of the home and large backyard. We enjoyed many meals outside in the sunshine and playing in the pool. All the beds were very comfortable with fresh linens and bathrooms were well equipped as well. We explored much of the surrounding area in Scottsdale: Stillman Train Museum, Sloan Park for Spring Training, Old Town, Kierland Commons and this home was centrally located! We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely Airbnb. It was easy to find, in a safe residential neighborhood with everything you need is just a short drive away. It is spacious, tastefully decorated and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and has high end appliances. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. The sunny backyard is nicely done and the heated pool was very clean.It should be noted on their listing that they only allow early check-in, for a fee. While this is their prerogative, I was left feeling chastised when I inquired re same.

Not managed by AirBnB hosts, rather by a large company, Skyrun. Instructions dont come through the Airbnb app, they come via 3rd party communication with said company. Weve officially come full circle from corporate vacation rentals > private vacation rentals > corporate vacation rentals pretending to be private

we really enjoyed our stay here! it was the perfect size for our group and the backyard was peaceful and idyllic for hanging by the pool, playing lawn games, and using the grill. everything was clean and thoughtfully curated/designed. the hosts were responsive and were able to accommodate our request for a late check out. not too far from downtown scottsdale and outdoor activities! would highly recommend staying here for a larger group trip to the area.

This is a very well run air bnb. Super responsive owners that were very helpful. The house is stunning and really well maintained. It's obviously newly renovated and as just as beautiful as the pictures. The backyard is so much fun and the heated pool in March is a nice bonus. We loved it here and would definitely come back.

Do not hesitate to book this beautiful, spotless and so thoughtfully curated space! We were honored to be the first guests. It was so lovely, so clean and so easy - such a pleasure to just show up and enjoy a gorgeous home, conveniently located, with everything you could need on hand and a gorgeous outdoor space to enjoy as well. We were even checking for tags on several of the amenities - including the comfortable mattresses and cozy linens! - because they were so nice we wanted to find the same for our own spaces! Highly recommend.
