We loved our stay here! The beds and linens were so comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful as well. The home was well stocked with toiletries. We did not need to buy anything except groceries, which was nice. The pool was a great addition for the kids to swim. We did have a small issue with the pool pump and Pete and Maria were so quick to answer and have someone come out right away to fix it. We would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay! Great pool area, grill and backyard! Grill gas was empty and we had to refill it. The fridge looked impeccable but had a strong smell. Host sent housekeeper right away to take care of it. Kitchen furniture was stained (cloth chairs), but the place was super clean and tidy. Bedrooms were comfy and linens super clean. Will definitely stay again!

Loved our stay. The arcade game area was a big hit for my kids. The hosts were great and responded quickly every time. There was plenty of dishes provided. Also, really appreciated the ability to park in the garage because I was not used to the heat and that was a big plus. Would definitely stay again.

We had an awesome time during our stay! The house has everything you need to beat the AZ heat and chill out. It's spacious but cozy enough to enjoy time with guests. The layout was perfect, and we loved all the entertainment optionselectronic games, board games, outdoor games, and a pool. The AC was spot on! The modern touches in the house were inspiring; heck left wanting to update our home now. It's super convenient too, just 15 minutes from the airport. We highly recommend it and will definitely be looking to book again. Great job, y'all!

Traveled to Phoenix for my Bachelorette trip weekend and stayed here with a group of 9 other girls. This home was beautiful and perfect! The pool was clean, kitchen stocked with everything we needed, and super easy check in/out. Will definitely come back when I'm in town again.

Really excellent place. Close to lots of things to do for family and kids. We were there with 3 children under the age of 8, they had a blast in the pool, lovely place to barbacue and have nice peaceful evenings. Definitely will consider another stay there.

We absolutely loved this house! Our favorite was the pool and outdoor space!! SUPER CUTE house! Loved the arcade and Scrabble board! House was very accommodating to my family of six. Very well stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans. Close proximity to stores and restaurants. We ventured to Saguaro National Park (about 1.5 hours away) and Superstition Mountains for hiking. Both easy to navigate to from Tempe.

The best part of this house was the outdoor space. The pool was heated and our kids swam for hours even though it was chilly outside. Tons of linens and extra towels as well as many extras that made the stay easy and fun.

We had a great 5 night stay last week! The home is just as described and plenty of space for our family. The heated pool was a hit with my kids and great to be able to swim in January! My son also really enjoyed the wall arcade a lot. The location is great, it felt easy to get to other areas like Mesa and Scottsdale. It was very quiet and peaceful as well- we didnt really hear or see any neighbors, not much car noise or any noise for that matter. If we return to Arizona we would definitely stay again!

We had the best time! We came when it wasnt very warm, so the backyard fire table was great to have. The kitchen had tons of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The spice rack was a really nice touch-it saved us money when cooking. If you're a garlic or onion powder user though, make sure you pick some up before your stay! Plenty of towels and pillows. The beds were comfortable, but in the room with 4 beds, they were a little short so 2 of our people couldn't fit in those. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash were provided. Coffee was provided. The pool was clean and heated. The backyard was private and pretty, and had a grill, a bar area, cornhole, and seating area with tv. The hosts were quick to answer questions and friendly. If I ever go back, I would stay here again. Oh and Gen Z loved the arcade!

Pete and Maries place had all the amenities our family wanted for our trip! There were more than enough towels for everyone, they left us coffee to get our day started, and the beds were SO comfortable! The heated pool was perfect the stay, even though it was December! This was the perfect stay for my family and I while in the area. With a one year old we greatly appreciated the provided pack and play crib (set up), blackout curtains, high chair, child lock patio door and a great family friendly park only 1 block away. This listing looked exactly like the photos, the beds were comfortable, we enjoyed all the outdoor seating areas and we were surprised we really liked the wall scrabble for a chill, fun evening activity. If we return to the area we'd definitely stay again!

This is the perfect home for vacationing with twins and a toddler. They accommodated high chairs, play areas, and portable cribs. There were special locks on the sliding doors, so we didnt have to stress about the toddler running out to the pool. Everything was great!

Beautiful home, clean, exceptionally equipped kitchen, love the touch with viles of shampoo. The house is in a perfect location between Tempe, Phoenix, and Mesa. Commuting wasn't too bad. The pool was terrific. If you want to swim where there is shade. I recommend swimming between 8:00 A.M. and 3:35 P.M. Palm tree shades the pool, and the 6:40 P.M. pool is mostly shaded. The host is terrific and very quick to answer any questions. Great customer service. I would come back!

Fun and Relaxation for All!
Property was beautiful. When we arrived, house was clean and had plenty of space. Backyard was large with lots of amenities and seating for relaxing and eating. Pool was perfectly heated for the time of year. Kids loved the pool and arcade games in the living room. Neighborhood was quiet and the house was located near plenty of restaurants and stores. SkyRun communicated with us the entire time. The only issue we experienced was a neighborhood power outage on Saturday night. I texted SkyRun. I received a reply that they had contact SRP and confirmed the power should be restored within two hours. They also followed up after our departure. They provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. We would definitely rent a vacation home from them in the future.

We spent the week at Pete & Marias home with our children and enjoyed every minute. Pete was very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The house was beautifully decorated and comfy. Our stay was amazing. The house was just as pictured, and just what we needed. As we entered the house, we were all impressed with how beautifully decorated it was. And all of the little details that added the special touches everywhere...from the creamer dishes in the kitchen...to the shampoos in the bathrooms...to the nooks for the remotes. Every detail was above and beyond. We loved the heated pool and outdoor living space. The beds were comfortable, and each room had its own personality. We got prompt and friendly responses for all of our questions ahead of time, and during our stay. It was a perfect place for our family vacation, and we all agree that we'll be back soon!

This home exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, it was fresh, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. The fire pit, bbq, outdoor tv, pool, corn hole all kept our kids entertained and we had a great time there as a family of 5. Great location, very clean. We traveled to Phoenix, Tucson, and Sedona while there. Great restaurants in the surrounding area (try Arizona Wilderness Brewing). VERY quiet. It was perfect for our family of 4. The linens, towels, and general amenities were spot on - more than expected. The pool was deep, clean and the perfect temperature! We had no issues at ALL! Loved how easy the entry was, the area is very safe, I was able to jog without any concerns. The kids loved their rooms, my daughter even wants to decorate her room at home like the one there. We really enjoyed our time at this place! It was great for our family of five and could easily have accommodated more! The house itself was around 1500 sq ft but felt bigger as we spent every moment possible outside! What a great outdoor space! We loved the pool- it was clean, heated and they had so many fun pool toys for our kids! Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated full access to the laundry room! Smart TVs in many spaces with free Netflix and Disney+ were unexpected bonuses. Our kids loved playing at the park and we took walks as a family in the neighborhood! This was exactly what we were looking for !! Excellent communication, private backyard, safe neighborhood, within a couple of miles of some great food and bars. Brough my 6 year old who loves swimming and felt safe enough for my 10 month old to venture around while keeping a eye on him around the pool. Very simple, very clean, and very appreciative for letting us check in early so the boys can get a afternoon nap in !! Dinners in the backyard with a grill and boys playing couldnt get any better and the price couldnt be beat, especially with a heated pool. Also went out of their way to bring us a pack and play its going to be tough to beat this type of service !!!! Thanks all the way around !!

Heated pool was great for the kids (still too chilly for the adults though as temperatures were quite cool when we were there). House was clean and had almost everything we needed. Kids loved the orange tree in the yard. Beds were very comfortable. We used Uber while were there, so if you dont have your own vehicle its important to budget for that. We were able to walk to Sonic, Walmart and Olive Garden as the weather was nice - but the attractions (Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Hole in the Rock, Mill Ave, Arizona Mills) are a fair distance away. As Canadians, we should have let SkyRun know that we wouldnt have cellular data. The communication came via text and voicemail for a few things, so we didnt get that info until we were home. Overall a great stay!

This was a wonderful place for our family to stay as we traveled to Tempe for a family funeral. The house and neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet with many activities for our kids to do and keep them occupied. The park within a few blocks was great too, but the pool, cornhole, outdoor TV area, and the indoor games were plenty of distractions.The kitchen/dining/living room layout made us feel at home and very comfortable for mealtime and lounging and the bedrooms were very comfortable to sleep in. Our kids loved the bunk bed room! This room could have slept 6 easily. Having the laundry room and iron/ironing board was great too.The hosts were very informative, anticipated our needs well with instructions, but were always available for any questions.

This house was perfect for all of our needs! It was even more lovely in person and the pool was just fabulous! The location was also stellar, right in the middle of everything. The hosts were incredibly responsive and understanding. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay really does look like the photos .. amazing sized pool/ backyard with amenities. The house is an average size we had children with us so the space was good for 10 people but with adults Id say limit yourself to eight people, there only six seats in the kitchen and the living room has six seats as well. Lots of towels for inside and out door use. Only cons the grill couldnt be used it had to much grease so it kept lighting up too much and the arcade ( one of the reasons we choose this house ) wasnt working. Overall wed definitely stay again !!

We have addressed the arcade issue that you brought to our attention and we were sorry we couldnt fix it when we stopped by during your stay. The gaming company is sending us 2 extra chips. This way if it happens again during someone elses stay, we will have a backup chip to repair right away. Also, we didnt get a call from you if you were having trouble using the bbq. We checked out the bbq and it works just fine. All we needed to do was to brush the grill and allow it to warm up. In addition, fireplaces arent to be used when the outside temperatures are over 100 degrees. It will make the AC system work harder then it needs to. We loved hosting you and hope to do so again in the future.

What an amazing place to stay! The backyard was absolutely perfect; we watched tv in and out of the pool and grilled everyday. The house was clean and stocked with everything from extra towels to shower essentials to kitchen necessities. The beds were very comfortable. Couldnt recommend this place more, will definitely be back to stay again!

AMAZING! We truly enjoyed our stay and couldnt have asked for a more perfect home. The house was so charming and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Whole Foods and Drizzly delivers to this location so we were able to make fabulous meals at the house. The pool was so relaxing and enjoyable! Great place to stay and would highly recommend! Our time in this home was absolutely amazing! There was an issue with the dishwasher and within 12 hours the issue was fixed. They also allowed us to check-out a bit later than 10. I would definitely stay here again.

Just book it!! Pete & Maria have such a beautiful & homey place if you need a home away from home!! It honestly couldnt have been more perfect. The pool was sooooo amazing! Having it heated really was a luxury. The decor is absolutely stunning, my total dream home. I felt very comfortable there unlike some places Ive stayed. Pete & Maria were very quick to respond as well & felt very warm even via text. This home is beautiful and clean! 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids total in our group. We had plenty of space indoors and out. Plenty of amenities, towels, dishes, etc. They even had laundry soap for us to use (weve had to purchase at other Airbnbs). The pool was perfectly heated for these cooler spring days and crystal clean! Beds were super comfortable! Check in and check out were so easy and well lined out in an email and binder. Youngest kid we had with us was 4 years old, but we saw a lot of very useful baby items there if you had a baby. House is a block from a big park that we took the kids too each morning. Less than a mile from a Walmart. And very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Neighborhood was quiet, and safe. We had grandparents that live in AZ come watch the kids one night while we had an adult night out in Scottsdale. Scottsdale is about 20 minutes away, Uber was a decent price of $30 each way for 4 of us. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we were very happy there! Hosts were very responsive, and even helped us late night the night we were packing to go home, when our toddler locked a bag of ours in a closet that had a key lock. They were very understanding, and we were so very thankful for their help. We would definitely come back.
