Let's Talk!

Sedona

A haven for nature lovers and spiritual seekers alike, this breathtaking desert oasis is known for its stunning red rock formations and famous vortex sites, helping you get closer to the powerful energy of Mother Nature. Get in touch with the natural world on iconic hiking trails, like Cathedral Rock and Devil’s Bridge, or take in the vibrant art scene of Uptown Sedona.

Jerome

Once known as the “Wickedest Town in the West,” Jerome’s rich mining history is still alive, but today, this hillside town is a vibrant destination filled with art, culture, and unforgettable experiences. Explore the Jerome State Historic Park to uncover its copper-mining past, then dive into the town’s thriving arts scene at the Jerome Arts Center and its many galleries. Savor delicious meals at critically acclaimed restaurants, browse eclectic shops, and take in breathtaking views at every turn. Don’t miss the famous Sliding Jail—yes, it really slid down the hill—or, if you’re feeling adventurous, step into the town’s haunted past on a ghost tour. Jerome is a one-of-a-kind destination that blends history, creativity, and a touch of the supernatural—come see for yourself!

Cornville

Kick back, get outside, or get on the water. A visit to Cornville offers multiple modes of relaxation and excitement. Vineyards dot the landscape–see which one produces your new favorite vintage. Rivers and streams make Cornville a top spot to cast a line. Add in the awe-inspiring views of the Verde Valley, and you might fall in love with this Arizona gem.

Clarkdale

By foot, by boat, or by rail–make Clarkdale a stop on your stay. Ride the rails of the Verde Canyon Railroad and then come back into town and explore the town’s past with a stroll through the Historic District. Learn more about how copper mining shaped the area’s past when you visit the Arizona Copper Art Museum where more than 5,000 works of copper art dazzle visitors.

Camp Verde

First, make sure you see Montezuma Castle National Monument and marvel at how human ingenuity plays with nature. Montezuma Well is a Sinagua Indian site as well as a natural spring and nature also comes alive at the Out of Africa Wildlife park where monkeys, zebras, and even lions make their home. Off road or explore the Verde River and if you think luck is on your side, hit the Cliff Castle Casino.

Cottonwood

Cottonwood’s location makes this town a fantastic launching point for some of the best white water in the area. Keep the outdoor vibe alive by exploring the many hiking trails or go high with a hot air balloon ride to savor the Verde Valley. Take a self-guided tour of Old Town and cap off your Cottonwood stay with a glass of rose from one of the wineries.

Rimrock / Lake Montezuma

Immerse yourself in the stunning high desert landscapes and rich history of Rimrock and Lake Montezuma. These hidden gems among the Arizona landscape provide a quiet, small-town charm and proximity to historic sites, wineries, and natural wonders. With plenty of oppotunities to hike, birdwatch, and explore outside, this destination is the perfect spot for travelers seeking relaxation and adventure.

Munds Park / Mormon Lake

Escape the heat and hustle of city life and discover peace among the cool pines of northern Arizona. The Munds Park area is known for its scenic beauty with excellent hiking, off-roading, and fishing opportunities. Just a short drive away, you’ll find Mormon Lake — the largest natural lake in Arizona — where you can partake in wildlife viewing, horseback riding, and seasonal water activities.

Sedona Must-Sees

Make some of Sedona’s attractions the main event or fit visits to these iconic spaces in between other stops. The Chapel of the Holy Cross’s architecture blends innovation and nature for a truly spiritual experience. Cool off with the visit to
Slide Rock State Park and fly down nature’s waterslide. Other can’t-miss stops like Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock round out your Sedona stay.

Get Outside

When the temperature heats up, Sedona’s hiking trails range from easy to challenging, but all paths lead to breathtaking Southwestern views. Check out local outfitters for gear to get you on the trails fast. Rock climbers can take advantage of the vertical rises to scale up. If going down is preferable, Sedona’s mountain biking scene keeps the thrills up with tours catering to differing ability levels.

Stargazing

Grab a chair or blanket and get outside when the sun sets. Little light pollution means your eyes can capture the wonders of the galaxy. Book a night hike for cooler temps and hotter stargazing experiences.

Holistic Wellness

Awash in shades of orange, crimson, and sienna, the red rocks of Sedona contrast with the crystal skies and evergreen vegetation giving life to this mystical place. These full-sensory experiences weave and bounce through the hills, valleys, and mountains. Experienced guides pull double duty as they navigate the trails and give riders both a thrill and education about the town’s history.

It might be an impossible feat to visit all 80 galleries in Sedona, but give it a try and try to absorb the creativity and wonder of the town’s world-renown arts scene. Uptown and Gallery Row offer spot after spot to explore. See how the spirituality and stunning natural beauty of Sedona inspires the creatives who flock to the artistic oasis. Sedona Heritage Museum offers visitors lessons in the town’s past, its establishment, and genesis to what it is today.

Tours

If you can imagine it, there’s most likely a Sedona tour to do it. Charge the phone or pack the camera because you’ll want to capture the whole of Sedona’s beauty when you go on a helicopter or hot air balloon ride. Vortex tours explore the town’s spiritual side. Is there life out there? Maybe you’ll find out on a UFO tour…if you dare. Property Damage Waiver

Enjoy peace-of-mind with our incidental damage protection.

SkyRun includes a property damage protection waiver on each reservation. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported to SkyRun prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damaged caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn’t cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn’t charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is nonrefundable.

If during your rental of our property, you damage the real or personal property assigned to that property, SkyRun will cover the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to an amount not to exceed $1,500. Should the cost of the damage exceed $1,500 or does not meet the criteria for a “covered loss”, and the property owner’s insurance policy also does not cover the loss, then you shall be responsible for the full amount of the damage which will be charged to the credit card on file. Coverage is provided to you and all travelling companions that are staying in the home overnight during your stay.

Coverage is not provided for loss due to:

  • Your intentional acts or gross negligence.
  • Any damage that occurs if you are in violation of the terms and conditions (including but not limited to having more than maximum occupancy or having a party).
  • Loss, theft or damage to any personal effects owned by you or brought on the covered stay by you.
  • Loss, theft or damage caused by any person other than you or your traveling companions with whom you share the property reservation unless substantiated by a police report.

Your Duties in the Event of Damage. You must:

  • Take all reasonable, necessary steps to protect the property and prevent further damage to it.
  • Report the loss in writing (email ok) prior to check-out to the SkyRun staff.
  • Provide us documentation such as pictures to substantiate the claim.
